New Online Banking Login

Beginning on
Monday, April 1st, 

there will be a new login process for users who enter their online banking credentials from the North Shore Bank homepage. After that date, when you click on the Online Banking buttonOnline-Banking-Button-(1).jpg (below and on the top navigation bar),  you will be directed to the adjacent login page — where you can then enter your User ID and Password.  


Please note that this change will only affect users who log in directly from the homepage and will not impact mobile app users. The new process will provide enhanced security and a consistent user experience, whether  accessing online banking from a personal computer or a mobile device.
