homas Seyffert has been named Sales and Service Manager at North Shore Bank’s Lincoln Avenue branch in Saugus, according to Kevin M. Tierney, Sr., President and CEO.
In his new position, Tom will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including the management of all functions and banking activity. In addition, he will develop new deposit and loan business and promote the bank’s sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
Prior to his new role with North Shore Bank, Seyffert worked as a Community Banking Officer at MountainOne Bank, and was previously a Supervisor and Senior Personal Banker for Citizens Bank.

Seyffert is a graduate of Boston College with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Operations Management and Statistical Analysis and holds both a certificate in Small Business and Consumer Lending.
