PEABODY, MA – (www.northshore-bank.com) Kathryn Carty, Senior Vice President and Senior Operation Officer for North Shore Bank, announced the hiring of Gina DiChiaro as the bank’s new Vice President of Loan Servicing.
Carty stated of DiChiaro’s hiring,
We are thrilled to add Gina to our team. Her experience and focus on our customers will be instrumental in the Bank’s continued growth in our loan servicing business line.
In her new position, DiChiaro will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation and strategy for the bank’s loan servicing division.

DiChiaro has over 20 years of experience in loan operations and administration in the banking industry. She has a proven track record of supporting a bank's consumer, residential and commercial lending functions while ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries about their loans. Prior to joining North Shore Bank, DiChiaro held the position of Assistant Vice President of Commercial Loan Servicing for Leader Bank, and Loan Servicing Supervisor at Brookline Bancorp. She received her Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration from the New England College of Business and Finance.
