PEABODY, MASSACHUSETTS (www.northshore-bank.com) – Representatives from North Shore Bank recently visited Hallmark Health at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital to present their Cardiology Department with a supply of ‘File of Life’ Emergency Medical Information ID Cards.

Given to patients, the File of Life program is an initiative that assists EMS personnel when they respond to an emergency. The program uses clear plastic, magnetized envelopes to store pertinent medical information in plain view on refrigerator doors. The card inserted into the plastic envelope provides vital medical information such as medical history, allergies, medications and more.
