North Shore Bank President and CEO, Kevin M. Tierney, Sr., is pleased to announce the hiring of Erin Riley (below left) and Kimberly Rossi (right) as Sales and Service Managers in two of the bank’s primary market areas. Riley will be managing the bank’s Lynn Fells Parkway location in Saugus while Rossi will manage the bank’s West Peabody branch located in the Big Y World Class Market.

In their new positions, both will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including the management of all functions and banking activity. In addition, they will develop new deposit and loan business and promote the bank’s sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.

Prior to her new role with North Shore Bank, Riley worked as a Branch Manager for Citizens Bank, and Rossi was an Assistant Manager with TD Bank.
