NSB and the Town of Saugus are holding a Paper Shredding Event to celebrate Earth Day

NSB and the Town of Saugus are holding a Paper Shredding Event to celebrate Earth Day

North Shore Bank has teamed up with the Town of Saugus to hold a Paper Shredding Event for Saugus residents in support of Earth Day. Residents can take advantage of this free event to properly dispose of sensitive documents; such as taxes, bank records, pay stubs, utility bills, and hospital bills in an eco-friendly manner. This is your opportunity to have documents shredded on-site in a mobile paper shredder to alleviate concern of any vital information such as social security numbers, bank account numbers and other personal information being obtained by an unwanted party.

In Massachusetts, hundreds of thousands of taxpayers’ dollars are spent each year burning paper and recyclables that could have been recycled. This year North Shore Bank and the Town of Saugus is honoring Earth Day by encouraging residents to shred and recycle those personal documents.

When: Saturday, April 22, 2017
8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m
Where: Town of Saugus, DPW
515 Main Street, Saugus
