Important Information About Quicken® and QuickBooks®
- Complete a final Quicken/QuickBooks Web Connect File download from your Online Banking profile before Sunday, February 8, 2026.
- Log in to confirm that your Quicken/QuickBooks Web Connect File download in the new TruNorth Bank™ Online Banking site after Monday, February 9, 2026 is operating as expected.
- If you experience any difficulty with the service, please disconnect your Quicken/QuickBooks Web Connect File and then reconnect the service.
Note: If you use QuickBooks Online, Express Web Connect, or any other online portal for Intuit, please be aware that these services will be temporarily unavailable starting Monday, February 9 until Intuit completes the necessary updates to connect to TruNorth Bank.
We are happy to provide you with instructions to assist you in downloading your account data to your Quicken or QuickBooks program. It is Important to thoroughly read these instructions prior to conversion to avoid any disruption in service.

Quicken® Web Connect
The Web Connect service is an on demand update for your Quicken software that is completed by you at your convenience from North Shore Bank Online Banking. Simply sign in to export transactions directly from your account history and import them into your Quicken software.
Quicken® Direct Connect
The Direct Connect service communicates directly with a connection to North Shore Bank Online Banking. To establish this service, simply click the “Enroll” button in the Quicken and Quickbooks section in Online Banking and access your Quicken software to connect. Visit Quicken.com for instructions on how to enable this service from your Quicken software.
QuickBooks® Web Connect
