Welcome to our new fully-responsive website!
In addition to many new enhancements, like a sleek new design and improved site navigation, our new responsive website will ensure that you have a consistent user experience, regardless of whether you’re visiting northshore-bank.com on a desktop computer, a mobile phone or a tablet.
Online Banking Login Change
As part of the new website rollout, we've made the online banking login process much quicker and easier. As you can see from the clip below, the red online banking access button will now be located on the top navigation bar and it will be accessible on the homepage as well as throughout the entire website. Simply click the button to uncover the sign-on form and fill it out — you will no longer have to cycle through separate User ID and Password screens. It's also important to note that this form will distinguish between personal and business customers, so either group can use the same login form for account access.
If you’ve "bookmarked" or "favorited" the online banking login page — this will still work as before. The only difference will be that the landing page will now have the User ID and Password fields on the same screen (and again you will not have to cycle through multiple pages to access your accounts).
Mobile Banking Users
If you are a mobile banking user, and are not currently utilizing the Fingerprint ID feature, you’ll also notice that the opening screen will contain both User I.D. and Password fields. Simply fill-in your credentials and click the Log In button to proceed to your accounts.
As with any transition of this type, there may be periods of slower than usual service — or even temporary outages during the morning or early afternoon of April 9th. Please be advised that we will do everything in our power to minimize any such occurrences.
In the coming months, expect further improvements to our website, as we strive to build a better banking experience. If you have any questions concerning the new website or the new online banking login, do not hesitate to call Customer Support at 978-573-1300 or email email@example.com.
