You may not be aware of it, but your EMV debit card has around-the-clock monitoring to help protect against fraud. North Shore Bank has partnered with FraudWatch® PLUS
to help protect every debit card we issue.
With this service, fraud specialists watch for suspicious card activity on your account 24/7, 365 days a year. As a result, when transactions occur that are not consistent with your usual card activity, you will receive a call from “Fraud Prevention Services”
to verify the authenticity of these transactions; sometimes even while the transaction is happening.
If you are not available when technicians call, they will leave a voice mail message asking that you call them back at 866-842-5208.
Please remember that it is extremely important that North Shore Bank has your most current phone numbers on file. This easily enables us to reach out in the event of suspicious or out of the ordinary debit card transactions.
