North Shore Bank Hires Karwowski as Commercial Loan Administrator

North Shore Bank is pleased to announce the hiring of Jill Karwowski as a commercial loan administrator and officer of the bank. In this role, she will support the bank’s commercial lending team by managing loan documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional service to business clients throughout the region.

Karwowski brings 33 years of banking experience to North Shore Bank. She most recently served as AVP, commercial portfolio administrator at M&T Bank. Over the course of her career, she has built a strong reputation for her experience in commercial loan operations, her ability to streamline processes, and her commitment to building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

She has earned a professional banking certificate from the New England College of Banking and has been deeply involved in the local community. Karwowski has volunteered with several North Shore non-profit organizations, including HAWC, Northeast Arc, Beverly Bootstraps, and Lifebridge Northshore.

A longtime resident of the North Shore, Karwowski looks forward to continuing her career in the region while contributing to the growth and success of the bank’s commercial clients.
