How To – Quickly Update your Phone Number
Our online and mobile banking platforms have super-easy update functions, allowing you to quickly change your phone number without having to call or stop in at a branch. Remember, having the most up-to-date information on file allows us to contact you quickly – for instance by text message with our Enfact debit card fraud protection service. Check out how easy it is to update your phone number through online and mobile banking.
Update Your Phone Number in Online Banking*
After logging into your online banking profile, follow the instructions below:

Click on the "Banking Services" icon on at the bottom left side of the menu bar

Choose "Change Phone Number" in the My Profile tab

Add or change phone numbers and click the update button. If you are using a cell phone as your primary telephone, please make certain to list that number in both the home phone and cell phone boxes (as shown in the adjacent example).
Update Your Phone Number in Mobile Banking*
After logging into the mobile banking app, follow the instructions below:

Click on the mobile menu in upper left hand corner

Choose the "Banking Services" option in the menu bar

Select "My Profile"

Click on "Update Phone Number"

Add or change phone numbers and click the update button. If you are using a cell phone as your primary telephone, please make certain to list that number in both the home phone and cell phone boxes (as shown in the adjacent example).
