Safety Standards Are in Place
North Shore Bank is committed to the health and safety of our employees, customers, and the community. During these challenging times we will be providing both lobby and drive-up services — as circumstances allow. However, in the interest of social distancing, we would encourage you to take full advantage of our
online,
mobile and
voice banking services. These remote platforms are all available 24/7 and allow you to perform a variety of banking functions, such as
paying bills, making payments,
depositing checks, viewing transactions, checking balances and even
finding an ATM.
During the course of each day, we will be sanitizing all high touch surfaces on a regular basis and adhering to all relevant CDC, state and industry guidelines — while balancing the necessary requirements for physical security. As a result we will be requiring that you follow these mandatory safety standards:
- Wearing a mask
- Removing hats and sunglasses
- Adhering to all social distancing requirements by following the floor markings
- Not visiting a branch lobby if you are feeling ill or feverish (a temperature of 99.5° and above)
What You Should Expect When Entering a Lobby
-
If customer service is occupied you will be asked to wait in your vehicle, or outside, until called to enter the lobby
-
Video surveillance will be in use and you may be asked to lower your mask and provide identification at time of transaction
As always, we thank you for your patience and understanding, especially during this challenging period. We will apprise you of further lobby reopenings as more information becomes available.
