She started her career at First Data Investor Services Group in Boston as a Project Administrator. Prior to coming to North Shore Bank in 2016, she held positions at Fleet Investment Advisors and TD Bank. From 2016 through April 2021, she was the Assistant Branch Manager of North Shore Bank’s Danvers branch.  Cormier holds an Associates Degree from North Shore Community College.

Graham will be replacing Mary Lou DaSilva, who recently retired after forty-years with North Shore Bank, as the manager of their Peabody Square office. In their new positions, both will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including the management of all functions and banking activity. In addition, they will develop new deposit and loan business and promote the bank’s sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
