PEABODY, MA — ( Kevin M. Tierney, Sr., President and COO of North Shore Bank, has announced the appointment of Megan Shea-Pereira as Sales and Service Manager of the bank’s 248 Andover Street branch in Peabody.

Shea-Pereira joins North Shore Bank with more than a decade of experience with TD Bank, most recently as Store Manager and Vice President of their Cross Street location in Peabody. With a certificate from the New England College of Finance, Shea-Pereira is experienced in developing investment and lending business for commercial, small business and consumer customers. She is currently a member of the Peabody Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and has prior involvement with the Rotary Club of Peabody and the Visiting Nurse Association.

In her new position, she will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including the management of all functions and banking activity. In addition, Megan will develop new deposit and loan business and promote the bank’s sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
