New Accounts Transition

Important account changes
to be made after May 16th!

Following an extensive review of what customers like you value most, we recently created new checking, savings and money market accounts to better serve you. As a result, we will be transitioning many existing accounts into this new checking and savings line-up after the May statement cycle is completed. We recently mailed you a packet that specifically detailed which of your accounts will be moved after May 16th (sent to the primary address on file), however, if this is not available just refer to the following reference materials.

It’s also important to note that Certificates of Deposit and IRA customers will be unaffected by this transition. Certain Free Checking account holders – those who opened accounts prior to November 2017 – will notice some incidental changes to account terms, but those have been detailed in a previous statement notification. If you would like
to review them now, click here for details.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

The simple answer is nothing. Your account(s) will automatically be moved after May 16th. The new account names will appear on statements and, for those who bank online, in the account listing upon login (click to see an example of where each product name can be found). While there will be some changes to terms and features, please be advised that there will be no changes to the following:

  • Your account number
  • Your online and mobile passwords
  • Your bill pay service
  • Your ATM and debit cards
  • Any automatic transfer that you have already set up

WHY DID WE MAKE THE CHANGES?

We had a few goals when we began this process more than one year ago. We wanted to make our accounts — particularly checking accounts — easier for people to understand. We also wanted to reward those customers who had multiple deposit accounts. While we did our best to match your current checking or savings account with one of our new products, we recognize that you may prefer to be in an account type other than the one we suggested. As a result, please click the links below to review the new products:
