NSB representatives visited Ellis Square Friends in Beverly to present them with a $1,200 Jeans Day contribution. The mission of Ellis Square Friends is to provide clothing, food, and whatever resources they can to the homeless population that gather at Ellis Square in Beverly, and in some instances help them get off the streets.  Donations collected by the organization also go towards their outreach missions and to help house their homeless population during sub-zero temperatures over the winter.
We greatly appreciate the donation from North Shore Bank. We were happy to be the reason so many folks could wear their jeans at work.” She went on to say, “We will put this generous donation to great use in our mission to help and feed the food insecure of Beverly. Currently, the donations we collect help to fill our pantry and purchase the important "to go" supplies we currently use to serve our diners.
