For over 65 years, Communitas has been advocating passionately while compassionately delivering services for people with disabilities that expand opportunities, empower people, support independence and enrich lives. So, it was only natural that they would be selected as a North Shore Bank Jeans Day recipient. The Bank recenlty presented Communitas with a $1,200 donation.
Communitas’ Recreation Program is primarily funded by community grants. Exercise and social interaction is of utmost importance to leading full and healthy lives. This generous grant from North Shore Bank will help us to bring back our Junior and Senior Piranhas Swim Team program this spring.
