Bread and Roses Food Pantry — Jeans Day

"My grandparents have been friends of Bread and Roses for so many years. When my grandfather passed away earlier this year, I wanted to find a way to give back to the organization that had given so much to him and my family." This sentiment was shared by North Shore Bank Lynn Fells Parkway, Saugus branch staffer, Cassidy Murdock when speaking about this Lawarence, MA Food Pantry. As a result, North Shore Bank employees designated Bread and Roses as the February, 2017 Jeans Day recipient, collecting $1,140 through this program.

We're so grateful for any donation, but more so when we know that many hearts came together to do a good thing for the people who need it most. North Shore Bank’s donation, in part, made sure that our Easter Brunch was as special this year as it's been in the past. We really appreciate their generosity and support."
