Zellen appointed Vice President at North Shore Bank
PEABODY, MASSACHUSETTS, May 15, 2006 … The Board of Directors of North Shore Bank has appointed Michael F. Zellen of Peabody as vice president, reporting to Francis J. McCormack, president and chief executive officer.
Zellen was previously vice president of Heritage Bank, now Salem Five. He also served as vice president and chief financial officer with Northern Bank and Trust Company, and was a Bank Examiner with both the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
Active in the community, Zellen is the president and a member of the Peabody City Council, representing Ward 6, and a former long-term member of the Peabody Zoning Board of Appeals. He is also a member of the Board of Directors and treasurer of the Massachusetts Elks Scholarship Foundation.
