The City of Peabody and North Shore Bank announce
the dates of their Spring 2008 First Time Homebuyer Seminar Series.
Purchasing a home is a very big decision and most First Time Homebuyers need a little extra help understanding the process.
This free seminar is four consecutive Wednesdays through the month of March. The sessions will cover everything from financing, working with a real estate broker, and hiring a home inspector.
March 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Peabody Institute Library
82 Main Street, Peabody
After completion of the eight-hour course, all participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from the City of Peabody.
