North Shore Bank offers a new loan program PEABODY, MASSACHUSETTS, November 15, 2007 … North Shore Bank is teaming up with local heating and oil companies to help relieve some financial stress from home owners on the North Shore this winter. David J. LaFlamme, president and CEO of North Shore Bank, announced today that the Bank will be offering a new Heating Efficiency Loan Program (H.E.L.P.) to assist homeowners in need of purchasing a new furnace or heating equipment. “With the increased cost of oil this season, most homeowners in need of a new furnace are going to feel the crunch. With this program, we’ll be able to help residents on the North Shore heat their homes more efficiently, which ultimately means paying less on their monthly heating bill.” The Bank’s H.E.L.P. initiative will provide loans of up to $10,000 at a fixed annual percentage rate of just 9%, with additional rates and terms available. Applications for the program are available at all North Shore Bank locations. LaFlamme stated that the Bank promises expedited approval and processing in order to help local residents receive the equipment they need as soon as possible. North Shore Bank is a full-service community bank based in Peabody. The Bank has eight branches in North Shore communities, including Beverly, Danvers, Middleton, Peabody, Salem, and West Peabody. The Bank is a member of the FDIC and a member of the SIF, and is an Equal Housing Lender. Here to serve you! |
