Peter Fenn named SVP, Doherty and Donovan
promoted to VP at North Shore Bank
PEABODY, MASSACHUSETTS, February 2, 2007 … Francis J. McCormack, chief executive officer of North Shore Bank, has announced the appointment of Peter D. Fenn as senior vice president, and the promotions of Judith F. Doherty and Joanne V. Donovan to vice president positions.
Peter D. Fenn joins North Shore Bank with more than a decade of experience with TD Banknorth NA in Haverhill, most recently as senior vice president and team leader for commercial real estate. Previously, he was associated with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and Chrysler Credit Corporation. In his new position, he will report to Michael Brown, North Shore Bank’s new senior loan officer.
A Windham, NH resident, Fenn holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Providence College.
J udith Doherty of Peabody is now vice president of branch operations at North Shore Bank. Doherty joined the Bank in 1999, with experience gained in sales and service management and branch operations at Bank Boston and Peoples Bank. She has continued her financial services education through the American Institute of Bankers, and is a licensed agent for Savings Bank Life Insurance.
Joanne Donovan was promoted to vice president of mortgage banking. The Woburn resident is a graduate of the New England College of Finance at Bentley College, and earned an associate’s degree in business management. She joined North Shore Bank in 2003 after serving for five years as assistant vice president of retail lending at Northern Bank & Trust Company in Woburn. Previously, she held consumer lending and branch management roles with Woburn National Bank and Bank Five for Savings in Arlington.
Donovan is a member of the North Shore Association of Realtors.
